摘要
目的掌握延安市布鲁杆菌病(布病)疫情动态,以便提供科学有效的防治措施。方法对全市布病进行线索调查,对家畜接触人群进行皮内变态反应试验,对临床有症状者及皮试阳性者进行血清学检查,对家畜进行检疫。结果人间布病调查,接触人群皮内变态反应试验的阳性率为1.67%,检出患者162人,检出率为1.87%,患病率为0.35%。畜间布病调查,检疫阳性率为0.19%。结论延安市布病疫情比较严重,与去年相比呈扩大趋势,应加强防治力度,控制布病的传播。
Objective To investigate the trend of Brucellosis in Yan＇an city to provide scientific and efficient measures for prevention and control Methods In seeking the clue of Brucellosis in the city, intradermic allergy test was performed in the civilians contacting domestic animals, serologic examination was also tested in those having clinical symptoms and positive intradermic allergy test. Domestic animals were quarantined. Results The positive rate of intradermic allergy test was 1.67%, 162 patients of Brucellosis were diagnosed, the detecting rate was 1.87% ,the prevalence rate was 0.35%, the positive rate in monitored domestic animals was 0.19%. Conclusions The epidemic situation of Brucellosis is more severe with a spreading tendency compared with that of last year. We should strengthen the prevention and control to get Brucellosis in control earlier.
