肝癌射频消融治疗前后外周血微转移变化的研究

A study of variation in micrometastasis in peripheral blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma before and after treatment by radio-frequency ablation

目的探讨射频消融(RFA)治疗是否促进原发性肝癌(PHC)患者的血源性转移。方法应用RT-PCR检测3 2例PHC患者RFA治疗前后外周静脉血AFP mRNA的表达。结果3 2例PHC患者RFA治疗前外周血AFP mRNA表达阳性1 8例(5 6.3%),阴性1 4例(4 3.7%);治疗后阳性1 2例(3 7.5%),阴性2 0例(6 2.5%)。RFA治疗前后PHC患者外周血AFP mRNA阳性率无显着性差异(P>0.0 5)。结论RFA治疗肝癌不会促进肿瘤的血源性转移。

Objective To assess whether clustered radiofrequency ablation （ RFA ） would lead to hematogenous dissemination of malignant cells in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma （ PHC ） . Methods In 33 patients with PHC, the expression of AFP mRNA in peripheral blood before and after RFA treatment was detected by RT-PCR. Results Before RFA treatment, peripheral blood AFP mRNA was positive in 18 PHC patients （ 56.3 % ） , and in the remaining 14 patients was negative （ 43. 7 % ） . However, positive expression of peripheral blood AFP mRNA was detected in 12 patients （ 37. 5 % ） after RFA treatment. No significant difference of AFP mRNA expression was found before and after RFA tereatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions RFA treatment of PHC patients does not lead to hematogenous tumor dissemination.
