摘要
应用动态高压釜,研究了模拟油田地层环境下油管的动态腐蚀规律,并对腐蚀速率及产物进行了分析.结果表明:模拟条件下同一口井不同井段,油管腐蚀特征表现出较大差异,在高温下出现点蚀倾向,相同浓度下腐蚀速率随深度增加而加大,油管的硫化氢腐蚀速率是各因素的协同效应的结果,建立腐蚀预测模型,应用支持向量机方法可以较好预测腐蚀速率.
With the development and exploration of oil-gas field, more and more oil-gas wells suffered from HES corrosion, which has serious effect on production and hereby restricts the development of oil field. Study on behavior of HES corrosion under dynamic conditionis is of significance. Corrosion tests were carried out in laboratory to simulate the tube corrosion rules under production conditions. Results showed that rate of dynamic corrosion increased with the increasing well depth in solutions with the same concentration of corrosive specieses by simulation tests, but pitting corrosion occurred at high temperatures. The corrosion characteristics is different from location to lcoation along the well depth. Support Vector Machine method may be applied to predict corrosion rates being in good agreement with the experimental results, thus provided a new method for predicting corrosion rate.
