铁矿石尾矿实验室合成碳化硅粉末 被引量:5

EXPERIMENTAL SYNTHESIS OF SILICON CARBIDE POWDERS FROM IRON ORE TAILINGS

摘要 在热力学分析的基础上,以铁尾矿为主要原料,采用碳热还原法合成了SiC粉末。确定了合成过程的最佳工艺参数:配碳量(C和SiO2的摩尔比)为5,反应温度为1480℃,恒温时间为8h。采用X射线衍射和扫描电镜研究了合成产物的相组成和显微结构。结果表明:产物主晶相为βSiC,杂质相为Fe5Si3,其中,SiC多以片状、柱状、球状形式存在。 Based on the thermodynamic analysis, silicon carbide powders were synthesized by the carbothermal reduction from iron ore tailings. The optimum parameters of the synthesis process are: the molar ratio of C and SiO2, 5, reaction temperature, 1 480℃, holding time, 8 h. The phase composition and microstructure of sintered materials were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the main phase of the product is β-SiC, and the main impurity is Fe5Si3. The synthesized SiC mostly exists as flaky, columnar or globular grains,
