摘要
本文在介绍新城市主义运动的发展过程基础上,重点分析它的两个核心的城市设计方法论体系,即以公共交通为导向的TOD体系和针对社区规划的TND体系,并概括新城市主义有别于以往的规划模式及其工作方法上的特点。新城市主义运动的方法论无疑能为我们在大规模城市开发中预防可能产生的弊端,走可持续发展的道路带来启示。
Giving account of the development of Neourbanism, this article emphatically analyzes two core systems on urban design methodology： TOD system based on public transportation and TND system centered on community planning. It also compares them with earlier planning modes and methods.
