温故而知新——使用后评价(POE)方法简介

本文通过对建筑是否需要进行监督以及如何创新和发展的讨论,引入西方成熟的评价技术——使用后评价(POE),并对它的概念、历史、目的、评价方法和基本操作模式进行了简要的介绍。同时还分析了使用后评价在我国的发展前景。其目的是希望引起公众对科学的建筑评价体系的重视和研究,促进建筑发展走向健康之路。

Importing POE, the mature evaluation technology in western, into discussion, this papergives brief introduction to the conception, history, purpose, method and the mode of basic implementation of POE. In hope of arousing the public attention and promoting domestic architecture on healthy way, it analvzes whether architecture needs supervision or not, how to innovate and develop architecture as well as the future picture of POE in China.
