摘要
为提高现有塑料管材的力学性能,本文介绍了自主研究设计的长玻纤维螺旋在线复配塑料管材挤出机头专利的结构特点和工作原理。同时对口模内纤塑熔体的流动进行理论分析,并采用ANSYS软件对口模内熔体流动进行模拟,得出熔体的速度分布,模拟结果表明聚合物颗粒塑化熔融后在线混合入一定长度的玻璃纤维后,熔体分子和玻璃纤维沿所挤出圆形管材的管壁螺旋取向,达到提高管材周向强度的预期目标。
In order to improve the mechanical capability of plastic tubular now, the structure feature and operating principle of die patent are introduced and designed by own. The die with the mandril rotating is installed in the present general extruder which is applied to extrusion the plastic tubular online mixing with long fiber-glass. The flow in the die is analysised and simulated by ANSYS. The simulation results show the distributing of the velocity of flow. After the polymer granule melted, fiber-glass in a length is mixed online, fluid molecule and fiber-glass are oriented helical alone the tube wall of the extrusion circular tubular . So the expected results of improving the circular intensity of tubular have arrived.
