摘要 研究了加入α-Al_2O_3纳米粉对高纯刚玉砖高温强度和抗热震性的影响,即分别引入0、0.5%、1%、2%和3%的α-Al_2O_3纳米粉及0、4%、8%和12%的α-Al_2O_3微粉的试样在1300℃、1400℃、1500℃和1600℃下保温5h煅烧后测定高温抗折强度(1400℃)和抗热震性(ΔT=1100℃,水冷1次)。结果表明同时加入α-Al_2O_3纳米粉和α-Al2O3微粉可以显著提高制品的高温强度,抗热震性也有一定改善;加入1%α-Al_2O_3纳米粉和8%α-Al_2O_3微粉,1500℃5h烧后试样的高温抗折强度(1400℃)达到24.6MPa。 Effects of α-Al2O3 nano-powder additions on high temperature strength and thermal shock resistance of high purity corundum brick were investigated. Hot modulus of rupture at 1400 ℃ and residual strength ratio after thermal shock one cycle (△T = 1100 ℃(2, water cooling) were determined for corundum brick specimens with additions of 0.5% ,1% ,2% and 3% α-Al2O3 nano-powder respectively and O, 4% ,8% and 12% α-Al2O3 micro-powder after being fired at 1300 ℃, 1400 ℃, 1500 ℃ and 1600 ℃ for .5 h respectively. The results show that simultaneous additions of α-Al2O3 nano- and micro-powder would lead to noticeable increase in HMOR and some improvement in TSR. The HMOR of the specimen with 1% α-Al2O3 nano-powder and 8% α-Al2O3 micro-powder addition after being fired at 1500 ℃ was 24.6 MPa.
