摘要
目的应用彩色多普勒超声对继发甲状旁腺机能亢进超声引导无水酒精治疗的疗效进行观察。方法对38个增生的甲状旁腺腺体进行超声引导下注射无水酒精治疗,分别于治疗前及治疗后1个月用彩色多普勒超声观察甲状旁腺的回声,体积和血供变化情况。结果增生的甲状旁腺在治疗前回声呈均匀一致的低回声,腺体内血供丰富。当注射无水酒精后,腺体内立即呈略强回声,血供明显减少甚至消失。术后1个月复查,腺体内回声多呈略强回声,部分腺体回声恢复到治疗前的水平。治疗前后腺体体积改变无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声对继发甲状旁腺机能亢进超声引导下注射无水酒精的疗效前后观察具有重要价值。
Objective To observe therapeutic effect of secondary hyerparathyoidism with sonographically guided percutaneous injection of ethanol by color Doppler ultrasound. Methods Thirty-eight glands with secondary hyperparathyroidism were treated with sonographieally guided percutaneous injection of ethanol. The echo, size and blood supply of secondary byperparathyroidism were observed by color Doppler ultrasound before treatment and one month after treatment. Results Smooth hypoechogenieity, size and abundant blood supply of hyperparathyroidism were observed by color Doppler ultrasound before treatment. Hyperparathyroidism appeared as echogenic echoes, a little blood or free blood after injection ethanol into solitary parathyroid. The most of solitary parathyroid still kept echogenic echoes, others appeared hypoechogenicity one month after treatment. The size of solitary parathyroid did not change significantly （P〉O. 05）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound play the role of visualizing effect of secondary hyperparathyroidism before and after treatment sonographically guided percutaneous injection of ethanol.
