摘要
目的探讨干燥综合征腮腺核素动态显像的影像特征及应用价值。方法所有患者均行腮腺99TcmO4-核素和VitC负荷动态显像,并进行腮腺时间-放射性曲线(TRC)分析。结果10例正常对照者双侧腮腺核素动态显像的系列影像结果与TRC均正常,40例干燥综合征患者中,显像结果异常者34例,异常率85.0%;排泄率(14.5±7.2)%,与正常组(46.0±13.0)%比较,P<0.01。其中双侧腮腺不显影即功能严重受损11例(27.5%),双侧平行性功能轻度和中度受累19例(47.5%),双侧腮腺非一致性功能异常4例(10.0%),双侧腮腺正常显影6例(15.0%)。结论核素动态显像是诊断干燥综合征及判断腮腺功能最有价值的方法。
Objective To explore the imaging features and application value of parotid radionuclide dynamic imaging in Sjogren's syndrome(SS). Methods Parotid dynamic imaging were performed with 99^Te^mO4^- in all patients with SS. Thirty minutes after injection 99^Te^mO4^- , 0.3 g Vit C were administered orally as a stimulus. A time-radioactivity eurve(TRC) ot each parotid was analysised. Results Both parotids imaging and TRC of radionuelide dynamic seintigraphy were all normal in 10 cases of controls. In 40 cases of patients with SS, 34 cases were abnormal imaging, and the abnormality rate was 85. 0%. Parotid excretion rate of the patients and normal controls were (14.5±7.2) % and (46.0±13.0) %, respectively. The difference between them was significant (P〈0.01). In all patients, 11 cases were seriously damaged of both parotids with no imaging display (27.5%), 19 cases were lightly and mildly damaged of both parotids consistency (47.5%), 4 cases were no consistency function abnormal of both parotids (10.0%), 6 cases were normal imaging of both parotids (15.0%). Conclusion Radionuelide dynamic imaging of parotid is of great value for diagnosing Sjogren's syndrome and parotid function es timating.
