骨转移瘤的影像学诊断进展

Advances in imaging diagnosis of bone metastasis

骨转移瘤是骨骼系统发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,早期诊断对肿瘤的分期、治疗及预后判断均有重要意义。目前对骨转移瘤的检测尚无理想的方法。在临床仍首选具有较高灵敏度的全身骨显像,辅以X线平片、CT、MRI等手段;进展较快的MRI与PET的作用必将会日益重要,但全身骨显像尤其是SPECT仍将具有其重要性。

Metastases of the skeleton are more common than primary neoplasms. Early diagnosis of bone metastasis is elinieally important beeause of its profound signifieanee in staging, treatment and prognosis. At present, there is no ideal method for deteetion of bone metastasis. Seintigraphy is used as the standard method, X-ray, CT and MRI as supplements. It is eonsidered that MRI and PET may be more signifieant in the future for the reeent advanees. However, bone sean may still have elinieal signifieanee.
