摘要
目的评价鼻咽癌患者血清和头发中微量元素检测指标的意义。方法以中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMdisc)等全面检索国内已发表的相关文献。检索策略:鼻咽癌病例组与健康对照组血清和头发中的微量元素检测。资料收集和分析:由2位评价者按照上述检索策略收集文献,排除那些不符合选择标准要求的试验并进行Meta分析。结果血清分析中.鼻咽癌病例组的Zn、Fe下降分别是0.01μmol/L(95%CI 0~0.02),和0.22μmol/L(95%CI 0.17~0.27),均有显著统计学意义(P〈0.05);Ca增高0.04μmol/L(95%CI 0~0.04),有显著统计学意义(P〈0.05);Mg的含量则在两组之间差异无显著性意义(P〉0.05)。头发分析中.鼻咽癌病例组的Zn、Fe、Cu下降分别0.56μmo/L(95%CI 0.53~0.58)、0.33μmol/L(95%CI 0.32~0.33)和0.01μ mol/L(95%CI 0.01~0.02),均有显著统计学意义(P〈0.05);Ni、Cr、Pb增高分别0.01μmol/L(95%CI 0.01~0.01)、0.01μmol/L(95%CI0~0.01)和0.01μmol/L(95%CI 0~0.02),均有显著统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者存在微量元素不平衡.尤其是头发中Ni增高。
Objective To evaluate the implications of trace element contents in serum and hair among cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), Methods Meta-analysis was taken to evaluate the published literatures formally in academic journals collected in CBMdisc, focused on those articles dealing with the implications of serum and hair trace element contents among cases with NPC. Results As found in the analysis of serum trace element contents, significantly reduced were the contents of Zn and Fe(P 〈 0, 05), with the values being 0, 01 μmol/L (95 % CI = 0 - 0.02) and 0.02μmol/L (95 % CI = 0.17 -- 0.27) respectively, obviously elevated were the one of Ca (P 〈 0,05), with a value of 0.04 μmol/L(95 % CI= 0-0.04)among the cases with NPC, while no significant difference found in the content of Mg. On the other hand, the analysis made on hair showed that significantly reduced contents were those of Zn, Fe and Cu, with the values being 0.56μmol/L(95% CI = 0.53-0.58), 0.33 μmol/L(95 % CI = 0.32 - 0.33) and 0.01 μmol/L(95 % CI = 0.01 - 0, 02) respectively ( P 〈 0.05), and markedly elevated were Ni, Cr and Pb, with the values being 0.01 μmol/L(95 % CI 0.01- 0.01 ), 0.01 μmol/L(95 % CI 0 - 0.01 ) and 0.01 μmol/L ( 95 % CI = 0 - 0.02) respectively ( P 〈 0.05 ) among NPC cases. Conclusion Imbalanced trace element contents are the basic clinical facts amongcases with NPC, especially the elevated content of Ni in hair.
