摘要
长期以来,糖尿病血管并发症一直是导致糖尿病致死致残的主要原因。导致糖尿病血管病变的确切机制尚不十分明确。研究表明,与高糖有关的许多生物途径均能增加机体氧化应激发生,在动物模型和临床研究中,抗氧化治疗能有效改善和逆转高糖对管壁细胞的损害,恢复血管功能、控制或延缓动脉硬化的进程,提示氧化应激(oxidative stress,OST)在糖尿病血管并发症的形成发展中发挥重要作用,抗氧化剂的开发应用及临床评估将成为今后研究的重要方向之一。本文就氧化应激与糖尿病血管并发症方面的研究进展作一综述。
