摘要 本文介绍了基于激光的干涉特性,以氦氖激光器发出的波长为(基准)计量单位、测量压入深度的基准洛氏硬度机。主测量系统中选用楔形镜、阶梯移相、角锥校镜来消除回光与旋光影响的方案。同时简要介绍了激光干涉系统中光信号的数据处理及本机技术性能。 In this paper,A standard Rockwell Hardness meter for indentation depth measurement based on the coherent nature of the laser and using the wavelength of the light beam from the He-Ne laser as the measuring unit is described. The main measuring system employs a scheme in which wedge prism, step phase shift, and pyramidal prism are used to eliminate the effects of optical feedback and optical rotation. Data processing of the optical signals in the laser coherent system and technical performance of the machine are also briefly described.
