摘要
本文扼要地介绍了目前在制造全息闪耀光栅中普遍使用的三种方法——付里叶合成法、驻波法、离子刻蚀法,并介绍了测定光橱衍射效率的方法。
Three methods currently in extensive use for fabricating holographic blazed gratings are briefly described. They are： the Fourier synthetic method, the standing wave method, and the ion-etching method.Methods for determining diffraction efficiency of gratings are also described.
