摘要
本文叙述CO_2激光热处理工作台用的1.5KWDC马达正、反向调速、移速反馈控制电路。给出控制原理设计的依据和实际线路总图,对线路工作原理特别是自行设计的电压控制移相调压可控硅驱动电路作了说明,最后给出拖动610r型铣床工作台的实验结果。
In this paper,a feedback control circuit of the 1.5KW DC motor,whose rotational speed may be regulated in positive and oprosite directions and stable, is described It is used for controlling the work-bench for CO2 laser heat treatment. Design basis of the control principle and the practical circuit scheme are presented. The circuit operation and, especially, the SCR drive circuit, which is designed by us and regulates voltage by means of voltage control phase-shift, are explained. At last,the experimental results in driving the work-bench of the 620-type milling mathing is presented.
