摘要
本文以等温等离子体在圆柱形等电位空间中作扩散运动的物理模型研究了同轴阳极保护封离型CO_2波导激光器的金膜的机理。理论计算结果与实验相符。
This paper deals with using a coaxial anode to prolect the golden mirror of the seal-off waveguide CO2 laser tube from being polluted by means of a physical model of isothermal plasma diffusing in an equipotentiai column space.
The result of theoreticai computation has been found to agree with that of the expertment.
