激光配合血卟啉衍生物治疗中心型肺癌21例的初步报告

Laser Photoradiation and hematoporphyrin derivative in the treatment of 21 cases of cenctral lung cancer-preliminaryreport

21例中心型肺癌,包括24个癌病灶,行HPD配合激光照射治疗。虽然本文病例多为中,晚期患者,但支气管内肿瘤完全消失者达12.5％,总有效率达80％。证明该治疗方法对早期或晚期肺癌的症状和肿瘤本身均有一定疗效。根据临床实践,我们认为:国产激光器,光导纤维和HPD可以用于治疗肺癌,但应继续改进。

Twenty--one patients of central lung cancer had undergone HPD-PRT, included 24 tumor sites. Although most of cases were advanced disease, complete remission for tumors within the bronchus was 12.5%, total effective response 83%. The conclusion is that the majority of cases in early or advanced stage have objectively and subjectively benefitted from HPD-PRT. The light irradiation source and optical fiber and PIPD, all of which made ia China, according to our experience, could be used for the treatment purpose, but should be improved on as well.
