摘要
本文报告一台小型实用化的卤化铜激光器件。对激光器的性能、放电管结构以及高重复率脉冲电源作了介绍。放电管为封离式并有一系列有限制隔离环。激光电源体积小,激光器结构简单,使用方便。
In this paper, a small practical copper vapor halide laser is reported. The behavior of the laser, configuration of the discharge tube and pulsed power supply with high repeated rate are described. The discharge tube is sealed-off and has a series of limiting annular insulator.The power supply for the laser is compact. The laser has a simple configuration and easy to use.
