摘要
本文以豚鼠足(?)皮肤为模型,试验探讨N_2激光对皮肤的生物效应。实验证明。N_2激光照射3mJ/cm^2连续1～6次,未引起豚鼠皮肤红斑和色素反应。组织学检查也无异常出现。
The effects of N2 laser irradiation on the plantar skin of the guibe-pig were studied to research the laser-induced cutaneous photo-biologie phenomena. We used a N2 laser with wave length 337.1 nm, output 3mJ and 2 pulses per second （average）. The irradiation dosage was 3mJ/cm2^. Irradiated continuously one to six times, the erythema and pigmentation were not elicited at the expesure area and no abnormal histological change was observed, so that we believed such experimental dosage to skin tissue was no obvious effect.
