摘要
文章在实验的基础上分析了低电压起辉CO_2激光器的实质是脉冲放电。由于这种电源没有滤波电容器,因而对CO_2激光器的雪崩放电所产生的尖脉冲起“放大”作用,并叠加到原来的电压上,使高压瞬时增加,于是形成了脉冲放电。应该指出:这种类型的电源是一种较好的具有发展前途的CO_2激光电源。
On the experiment base, this paper analyzes essence of low voltage stricking CO2 laser, It is the pulse discharge, Becsuse there is not any capacitor filter in this type of power supply, avalan the discharge produced tip pulse is amplified and is superimposed to the original voltage, The high voltage increased instancously, so the pulse discharge is produced, It must be point out that this type of power supply is better and developable for the CO2 laser power supply.
