用全息照相法分析闹市区车床结构的特性

Analysing the characteristics of lathe structure in the city centre using holography

本文以实际测定和理论分析两方面总结了地面干扰力对车间地面上进行连续波激光全息照相的影响,从而提出了针对不同地面稳定性条件应该采取的对策,使连续波激光全息照相不仅能在内陆地区(如西安市),而且能在沿海城市(如上海地区)的地面上进行。扼要介绍了在上海市区的一个未经隔振工作台上拍摄仪表车床的动刚度全息照相结果。

The influence of external disturbance on CW laser holography on the workshop floor is summed up according to the experimental and theoretical analysis. The special measures for taking hologram in the different stabilization conditions of floor are presented in this paper. Therefore, the CW laser holography can be made not only in the area of inland such as Xi＇an, but also in the coastal city such as Shanghai. The results of the holographic analysis, done in the centre of Shanghai, for the dynamic characteristics of a precision lathe are introduced.
