连续气体放电器件电源的设计

Design of power supply for CW gas discharge devices

本文从气体放电器件的伏安特性出发,利用二点法求出He-Ne,CO_2、Xe等气体放电伏安特性负阻段的解析式,进而对放电电路进行设计。

The discharge circuit is designed in this paper according to the analysis expression of negative resistance in V-I characteristics of He-Ne, CO2 and Xe which are obtained by the ＂two points＂ method using V-I characteristics of gas dis charge devices.
