摘要 首先指出,He在连续和脉冲器件中所处的地位不同,从而提出,在脉冲器件中去除大量的He,添加适量的CO,也有实现高重复率、长寿命运转能可能性。实验证实了上述设想,在具有一升激活体积的器件中,使用CO2、N2、CO气体混合物,以40赫的重复频率、百瓦左右的平均功率,一次充气连续工作10^6个脉冲,能量仅衰减17%。 First we indicate that in CW CO2Laser and TEA CO2 Laser He is in different positions, and then we propose that in the pulse device, substiuting an adequate amount of CO for the large amount of He in the gas mixture, there exists still possibility of high repetition and long lifetime operation. Experiments demo.nstrate our idea well.ln the I litre active volume of a pulse device with gas mixture including CO2, Na, CO,100W average power with repetition rate of 40 pps is ob rained. After continuously operating 106 shot,energy output declines by 17% only.
