医用激光的接触性方法

摘要 本文介绍一种新发明的陶瓷接触性探子,连接石英光纤,传导Nd:YAG激光,施行切开手术(接触性激光手术刀)和对胃肠出血、肿瘤进行内窥镜治疗(接触性内脏探子)。这种接触性激光照射的优点是:手术操作精确、组织损伤小,止血和切割能力好,在激光刀尖具有很高的功率密度。对接触性激光照射、光凝、切割和组织汽化,理想材料应具有激光束传导性能好、能防止组织粘附、生理中性、硬度高和热传导性低等特性。在这些方面,Al_2O_3的人工兰宝石晶体比石英适合得多,因此,医学激光的接触性方法可以广泛和有效地应用。 This review presents a newly developed contact ceramic probe connected to a flber-optic guide of quartz glass transmitting Nd: YAG laser. By using it, the incision operations(contact laser scalpel)and the endoscope operations for the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding and tumors(contact endoprobe)can be performed. Advantages of this contact irradiation include precision of surgical technique, minimal tissue damage and excellent hemostatic and cutting capabilities, with high power density at the tip of laser scalpel. For contact irradiation) laser photocoagulation, cutting, and lissue vaporization, an ideal material should transmit the laser beam well, prevent tissue adhesion, and have the properties of physiologic neutrality, high hardness, and low thermal conductivity. Artificial sapphire erystalof Al2O3 is much more suitable for these requirements, than quartz, thus,contact mcthods of modicel laser will be used widely and effectively.
