摘要
提要:本文叙述了氩离子激光谐振腔的全石英结构,镜筒与镜座封闭尺寸联结形式和腔片新的定位方法,因而,提高了激光功率的稳定性,激光光束的重复性和抗振性,降低了光学噪声。
In this paper a design of an argon laser resonant cavity made of complete quartz is presented. The design applies a new method to align mirrors and a new mirror mounting thereforeit increases laser output stability, reliability and antivibration of laser beam and reduces optical noise.
