摘要 本设计为金华华都大厦的空调系统及防排烟设计,工程位于金华市,共18层,其中地下两层,地上十六层,建筑面积18800平方米.夏季冷负荷为1971.5 kw,冬季热负荷为1106 kw.空调系统采用冷暖两用,采用一次泵,分四个区.小空间采用风机盘管加独立新风系统,风机盘管一律吊顶卧式暗装,卫生间排风,新风负荷由吊挂式空气处理机组承担;大空间采用全空气系统,新回风混合后经机组直接向房间供冷.防排烟采用消防楼梯间正压送风,地下室设备房设置防排烟系统,采用同一个系统,选用双速风机,平时排风,发生火灾时排烟. This is a design for air- conditioning system, defending and exhausting smoke system in Jinhua,include 18 layers,2 layers under the ground, 16 layers on the groundling with a construction area of 18800 square meters. The biggest load in summer is 1971.5KW, and in winter is 1106KW.The air conditioning is dual- purpose,adopting the pump once, controlling the return water and divided into four districts. Air blower serpentine independent new air system is adopted in small rooms, which is hung horizontally and secretly, and the air goes out from bathroom;The big rooms adopt the whole air system, fresh and recirculation air mix and pass through the aircrew, then sent to the room. The defending and exhausting smoke system is blown to press;The basement equipment room adopts the same system to exhaust air and smoke and choose the dualwind velocity fans. Ordinarily, it only exhausts air, and unless the fire disaster happened it doesnot exhaust smoke.
