摘要 设计了一套年产5000吨十二醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸钠的工艺.选择和确定优化的生产工艺流程,对环氧乙烷化、酯化、磺化进行了物料衡算及能量衡算,对主体设备管式反应器、酯化立式反应釜进行了选型和设计计算.确定了一套优化的生产工艺流程.通过衡算各工序物料平衡和能量平衡,主体设备管式反应器、酯化立式反应釜选型正确,设计合理,满足工艺要求,具有实际应用价值. A suit of the craftwork of an annual output 5000 tons sodium dodecanol polyoxyethylene ether succinate sulfonate was designed. A superior production craftwork flow was selected and ascertained, the material balance and energy balance were reckoned on the annulus oxygen ethane reaction, esterification and sulphur reaction, and the main equipment the pipe reactor and vertical response cauldron of the esterification was selected, designed and calculated. This suit of craftwork is superior. The material and energy of all kinds of procedure are balanced through the balance reckon and the mail equipment design is right. The design is in reason and can satisfy the request of the craftwork. It has the application value.
