本文介绍了各轴对称低阶模的光斑半径,光强及光能的计算方法,并给出了它们的归一化曲线。对于以基模为主同时又包含有少数几个低阶模的类基摸,定义了多模系数,计算了简单多模系数,并推导了测量多模系数的实用公式。

The caculating method of the spot radius, intensity and spot energy on axial symmetry lower-order modes are introduced, and their normaiized curves are ploted in this paper. For like-fundamental modes, in which TEMoo mode is dominant and a few lower-order modes are inetuded, multi-mode coefficient is defined, simple multi-mode coefficient is calculated, and a practical formuta for measuring multi-mode coefficient is derived.
