摘要 本文阐述了用白光散斑或激光散斑照相法分析实际工程结构的三维位移的实用技术。推导了三维位移的定量分析方程,提出了位移矢量指向的判别及别除刚体位移的方法。由实验验证了这一理论分析,并应用此技术测试了一台精密车床主轴箱的三维热变形。 A practical technique for analysing the 3-D displacement of actual engineering structures with the white light speckle or laser speckle photography is discribed. The quantitative analytical equations of 3-D displacement are deduced. The methods of distinguishing the sign of the displacement vector and removing the rigid body movement are presented. The analytical theory has been proved by the experiment and the g-D thermal deformation of the head stock of a precision lathe has been measured by using this technique.
