高功率CO_2激光积分球涂层的研制

摘要 对用等离子喷涂工艺制取的积分球涂层进行了研究。应用-100+140目铝粉在铝基片上喷涂的涂层对10.6微米的红外光有较理想的漫反射性能。试验结果表明,与烧结法制取的漫反射涂层比较,其性能相同,而工艺简单。 Integrating sphere coating obtained by means of plasma spraying technology has been studied. The coating which is sprayed on A1 sttbstrate with -100+ 140 mesh A1 powder exhibits nearly perfect diffuser for infrared light at 10.6μm. The experimental results show that the coating has the same characteristics as the diffusion coating obtained by sintering method and its technological process is very easy.
