The research of 5 kW transverse flow CW CO2 laser

本文介绍了一种新型的放电结构,并对此进行了有关输出特性的研究。在放电长度为1.1米的条件下,获得5.2千瓦的激光输出,其电光转换效率为16.6％。

A new electrode configuration has been nvestigated in this paper and also the some chaeacteristics of output power are carried out related research. The output power has been obtained 5.2kW from discharge length of 1.1m with electro-optical efficiency of 16.6 persent.
