摘要
本文对TS-1000型TEA CO_2激光器工作气体成份的变化进行了检测,CO、NO_x的浓度随脉冲次数增加而增大,约2000个脉冲后,CO、NO_x浓度趋于平衡,此时CO_2的分解率为12%左右;NO_x的浓度为300ppm左右。用催化再生方法消除NO_x和CO,取得良好的结果。
The working gas composition of a TS-1000 type TEA CO2 laser was analyzed by using an IR CO analyzer and a spectrophotometer. The concentrations of CO and NO. vary as the pulse increases. After 2000 pulses, CO2 decomposition rate was nearly constant at 12%, or so, NOx concentration, at 300 ppm. Catalytic regeneration was very effective on eliminating CO and NOx.
