摘要
利用热力学方法对硅热法炼镁还原罐子系统的还原反应过程进行了严谨的能量计算,并从选择还原炉内涂料和燃烧的最佳条件等方面进行讨论,提出了该过程的节能措施.结果表明,在控制好工艺条件的前提下,还原过程中还有54.59%的节能潜力.
The energy consumption in reduced jar system for Mg production with thermal process was calculated using thermodynamics methods. The results have shown that the reduction reaction has a potential of energy saving of 54. 59%, if the production process is well controlled. The selection of coating for inner surface of reduced furnace and the optimal condition for combustion are discussed, and the measurements for energy saving in this process are proposed.
