摘要 选取渤中凹陷BZ36-2-1井和PL14-3-1井两类原油进行了原油生物降解模拟实验。实验结果表明,原始的化学组成对原油生物降解作用的进程具有显著影响,链烷烃系列浓度高的原油生物降解速度低于链烷烃浓度高的原油;在适宜的条件下,细菌对原油的改造速度是惊人的,这对处理地面泄漏原油降低其对环境的影响和改进高蜡高凝油的性质具有重要的现实意义。 The crude oil from Well BZ36-2-1 and Well PL14-3-1 in Bozhong Depression is selected for a biodegradation test of crude oil. The result shows that original chemical composition has obvious influence on the progress of the biodegradation, the biodegradation rate of oil with high paraffin series concentration is lower than that!of high paraffin one. Under the proper conditions, the speed of bacteria on crude oil improvement is tremendous. It has great significance for reducing the influence on environment from surface leaked oil and improving the properties of high-wax and high-condensate oil.
