吐哈油田注水井环空保护技术研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 测定了注水井环空保护液的腐蚀速率、铁细菌、硫酸盐还原菌和腐生菌的个数。研究了环空保护液各种药剂浓度对腐蚀速度的影响,结果表明A药剂和B药剂的浓度对丘陵清水、温米清水、吐鲁番清水、温米污水及鄯善污水腐蚀速度影响明显,浓度愈高,腐蚀速度愈小;当其他药剂的浓度为标准值时,C药剂和D药剂的浓度对温米清水的腐蚀速度影响均不大。研究了温米清水腐蚀速度与挂片时间的关系。现场挂片试验表明:环空保护液性能可以很好地保护套管。对于清水井,建议投加环空保护液。在投加环空保护液后,环空腐蚀速度远远小于油管内腐蚀速度。 The corrosion rate,the number of iron bacteria,surfate reducing bacteria and saprophytic bacteria in the annulus fluid used in injection wells are detected.The effects of each dosage concentration on corrosion rate are studied.The result indicates that the effects of concentration of dosage A,B on the corrosion rates of Qiuling fresh water,Wenmi fresh water,Turpan fresh water,Wenmi and Shanshan sewage water are obvious,the higher the concentration is,the less the corrosion rate will be.When the other dosages are standard,the effects of concentration of dosage C and D on the corrosion rate of Wenmi water corrosion rate and coupon time are studied.The field coupon test indicates that casings can be properly protected by using the annulus protection fluid.For fresh water wells,it is suggested that the annulus protection fluid shall be added.After the fluid is used,the annulus corrosion rate is more lower that that of tubings.
