摘要
热法磷酸余热利用具有极大的经济价值与社会效益,采用余热锅炉蒸汽利用的关键问题是膜式水冷壁翅片中的温度分布问题,本文对燃磷锅炉中不规则水冷壁膜的温度分布进行了分析计算,计算结果与实际破坏情况相符。指出了燃磷锅炉设计的关键问题和方法。
The waste heat utilization of phosphoric acid in a heat recovery boiler can bring about tremendous economic and social benefits. The key problem involved in this utilization consists in the distribution of temperature in the fins of a membrane water-wall. The authors have carried out analyses and calculations of the irregular temperature distribution in the water-wall membrane of a phosphoric acid-fired boiler. The results of the calculation are in agreement with the actual destruction situation. The key issues and method for the design of a phosphoric acid-fired boiler are presented.
