摘要
电脑套结机是一种用途广泛的特殊缝制设备,其主要功能是使缝纫线迹牢靠,其中的挑线机构和送料机构是电脑套结机的两个关键机构。应用ADAM S软件着重对挑线机构的运动进行了仿真分析,通过对挑线机构挑线孔的运动理论曲线和虚拟仿真曲线比较,验证了挑线机构ADAM S建模的正确性。该研究将对挑线机构参数化的设计研究奠定基础。
The computer knot machine is a special sewing equipment ,picking thread mechanism and feeding mechanism is two key mechanism. This paper analyzes picking thread mechanism with ADAMS, through comparing virtual simulation curve with theoretical curve,verified that ADAMS mold setted for picking thread mechanism is right. This study will set up the foundation for parameterization design of picking thread mechanism.
