摘要
应用AN SY S软件对切管机加工钢管时的振动情况进行了动力学的分析。建立了有限元的计算模型,确定了前5阶固有频率及振型,以工作频率和固有频率施加激振力,相应地得到钢管受迫振动的振幅,验证了夹持机构有较强的抗振动冲击能力。
This paper is about the dynamic analysis of the vibration situation in the process of the cutting-tube-machine manufacturing seamless steel tube by using ANSYS software. It establishes the calculation model of the finite element,confirms the first 5 natural frequencies and vibration modes,subsequently gains the amplitude ofthe forced vibration of tubes by exerting the exciting-vibration force with work frequency and natural frequency respectively,finally verifies that the clamp assembly has the stronger ability to resist the vibration and impact.
