深冷处理刀具温度场的计算机模拟 被引量:2

摘要 结合了材料变温过程热物性参数的变化,利用有限元软件模拟在深冷处理过程的温度场,解决了几何外形复杂的刀具深冷处理过程温度场难测问题,得到的深冷处理温度随时间的分布关系与实际过程基本一致,且运算速度较快,适用于深冷处理过程工艺的优化。 Nonlinear thermophysics parameters are considered in finite element software, so it can be used to simulate the temperature field in the deep cryogenic treatment. Simulation result corresponds with real process. This method has quick computing speed,is suitable for technical optimization of deep cryogenic treatment.
