摘要
分析在相同的载荷条件下,十字片簧弹性支承的两片簧交叉位置的不同对其回转中心的偏移量以及片簧回转运动的灵敏度的影响。通过建立参数化有限元模型,对其进行了仿真研究,得出了回转中心偏移量及回转角度随着两片簧交叉位置的不同而变化的规律,最后通过AN SY S自带的优化工具得出了最优设计方案。
This text analyses that the differences of the cross position of two leaf spring affect the offset of the torsion center and the sensitivity of the torsion exercise under the same load conditions. Through setting up the parameter finite element model, the artificial research have been carried on and drew the law of the offset of the torsion center and the torsion angle changed with the differences of the cross position of two leaf spring. At last, the best design plan is obtained through the tool of optimization of ANSYS.
