摘要
针对目前卷取机卷取过程中存在的问题,对卷取机液压系统控制方案进行研究,并建立相应电液伺服系统数学模型和模拟试验模型进行仿真及试验研究。结果表明,仿真模型对实际系统改造具有指导作用,所建系统能很好地满足实际工况要求。
Aiming at the questions that occurred in the course of wrapping of coiler,the control methods of coiler system are studied. For conducting the transformation of practical system and determining the test parameter, the corresponding hydraulic system mathematic model and analogy test model of practical system are established ,then the simulation and test research are made. The results show that the system established can meet the demands of practical work condition very well.
