摘要
分析了国内外几种典型的振动桩锤激振器振幅调节机构现存的问题,设计了一种不需要齿轮即可实现振幅独立无级调节的四轴惯性液压驱动激振器。这种激振器结构简单,工作可靠性高,经数学建模稳态特性分析表明该机构的调节方案是可行的。
Regarding the drawbacks of several kinds of vibratory hammers in home and abroad,a new type of Hydraulic Vibratory Hammer (HVH) is designed. The hammer has the function of adjusting amplitude independence of frequency, needing no gear transmission,having simple structure and high reliability. Detailed analysis approved the superiority of the HVH.
