数字地震记录的基本概念

BASIC CONCEPT OF BROADBAND SEISMIC RECORDING

牟其择教授是国家地震局地球物理研究所研究员、中国数字地震台网（ＣＤＳＮ）技术管理研究室主任。他长期从事数字地震学方面的工作，为我国数字地震学的发展做出了重要贡献。１９９５年９月２２日牟其铎教授不幸病逝于北京，年仅５４岁。本刊特将牟其铎教授生前编写的数字地震学教材中的部分内容发表于此，以志纪念。本文包括：作为一个线性系统的地震观测系统、数字地震记录的压缩、数字地震记录的格式三部分。

Mu Qiduo was a research professor at the Institute of Geophysics, SSB, the director of Research Division of Technological Management of CDSN. He had been engaged in the work ofbroadband seismology over a long period of time and had made significant contribution to the development of broadband seismology in China. He unfortunately passed away of lung cancer in Beijing on September 22, 1995, at the age of only 54. In order to commemorate Mr. Mu Qiduo, thisMonthly publishes here part of the contents of the teaching material on broadband seismologycompiled by him during his lifetime. This paper includes three parts: seismic observational systemas a linear system; compressing of broadband seismic recordings ; and form of broadband seismicrecordings.
