On-line Service of Marine Information in China

联机服务是信息产业化和现代先进技术发展的结果。本文通过对国际、国内联机服务系统的简要分析，提出了我国海洋信息联机服务的基本设想，并对其相关的系统构成、关键技术、服务内容和连接方式进行了综合技术探讨，指出实现我国海洋信息联机服务的区域性发展策略。

On-line service is the result of the development of the modern information technology.The basic concepts about the on-line service of marine information in China are presented,based on the analysis of on-line service systems both in and out China.The related system composition, key techniques, service contents and connecting types are technically dicussed.A regional developing strategy is put forward for the establishment of the on-line service of marine information in China.
