摘要
目的:设计简便易行的新型针管负压固定器,提高针吸活检效率,以获得足量的病变细胞。方法:选取薄木板刻成L形结构。穿刺时,将其嵌合在普通注射器的针管与针栓之间,使针管保持在持续稳定的强负压状态。用一只手固定病变部位。另一只手以握笔姿势穿刺。结果:使用我们设计的“L型针管负压固定器”之后,吸取的病变细胞标本量较多,定位更加准确,操作简便,所需时间较短,在针吸活检诊断中收到了良好的效果。结论:“L型针管负压固定器”制作简便,无需增加成本,能明显提高针吸诊断效率。
Objective To design a rumple and convenient new-type needle tubing negative pressure fixer to unprove the efficiency of needle aspiration biopsy and get sufficient pathological cells. Methods A piece of wood splint was carved to a L-shape structure. That was set between the needle tubing and pinfie of normal injector to make the needle tubing keeping persistent,stable and strong negative pressure. Pathological posmon was fixed by one hana, while centesis was performed by another hand with the pose of grasping pen. Results Byusing"L-type needling tubing negative pressure fixer" designed by us, more pathologieal cell specimens were aspirated, the locating point was moreexact, and thvomble effect was get in needle asptration biopsy, Furthermore,it was easy to operate and less time was needed. Conclusion "L-type needling tubing negative pressure fixer'is easy to make, no more cost,and can promote the efficiency of needling asptratmn diagnosis.
