On the Establishment Management of Scotland Golf Course

通过实地调查,研究了苏格兰高尔夫球场设施的管理现状,并结合中国高尔夫球场设施现状和存在的问题进行分析。研究结果表明,苏格兰目前的管理风格仍然是建立在传统的基础之上。研究认为无论是中国还是苏格兰,要想在竞争日趋激烈的市场生存,必须采用有效的商业经营原则改造传统的高尔夫球场设施管理系统,并积极参与高尔夫国内外市场竞争,不断寻求新的资源,新的合作伙伴,新的资金和新的经济增长点。

By investigating on the current situation of the establishment management of Scotland golf course, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing questions of China Golf course＇ s establishment. The result shows that management of Scotland is still established on the traditional basic. The writer considers that it is necessary to reconstruct, establishment management system for golf course and nartieinate in market competition.
