纤维支气管镜引导经鼻气管插管抢救呼吸衰竭70例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 70 Cases of Patients with Respiratory Failure Rescued with Endotracheal Intubation Guided by Fiberbronchoscope through Nose

目的:探讨纤维支气管镜引导下经鼻气管插管抢救呼吸衰竭的临床价值．方法:对70例急慢性呼吸衰竭患者采用纤维支气管镜引导下经鼻气管插管并进行机械通气,总结分析临床资料．结果:纤维支气管镜引导下经鼻气管插管70例,均一次获得成功．呼吸衰竭均明显改善, 留管时间4～26 d,平均18 d,并发症少．结论:纤维支气管镜引导经鼻气管插管抢救呼吸衰竭, 具有快速、准确、安全、并发症少等优点,值得临床推广．

Objective： To discuss the role of endotracheal intubation guided by fiberbronchoscope through nose to rescue patients with respiratory failure. Methods：The chinical materials about 70 cases of chronic respiratory failure, which were treated with above- mentioned methods, were reviewed and analyzed. Results： All patients were saved successfully and their respiratory function improved obviously. The period for endotracheal intubation averaged 18d （from 4-26 d）, and few complications occurred during this period, Conclusion： This method is rapid, simple, safe and scarcely result in complications. It＇s worth popularizing in clinical practice.
