心血通治疗慢性肺心病的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Xinxuetong Treating Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

目的:探讨心血通注射液治疗慢性肺心病的疗效和血液流变学的变化．方法:将100例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加心血通注射液10ml于5％葡萄糖注射液250 ml中静点,两周为一疗程．对照组为常规治疗．结果:治疗组总有效率为89．6％,其中显效33例,有效19例,无效6例,对照组总有效率为71．5％,其中显效14例,有效16例,无效12例．血液流变学改善显著(P<0．05或P<0．01),两组存在显著差异性．结论:心血通治疗慢性肺心病疗效明确．

Objective：To discuss the curative effect of Xinxuetong treating patients with pulmonary heart disease and observe the changes of hemorheology . Methods： 100 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease were divided into 2 groups. The patients in therapy group were treated by intravenous dripx with Xinxuetong for 2 weeks as a treatment course in addition to conventional therapy. The patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.6 % with 33 cases of obvious effects, 19 cases of active result and 6 cases of no effect. The total effective rate was 71.5 % in control group with 14 cases of obvious effect,16 cases of active result and 12 cases of no effect. There was significant difference in blood rheology between two groups . Conclusion： Xinxuetong can be used in treatment of pulmonary heart disease.
