摘要
目的:探讨超声检查在急诊中的应用价值．方法:将超声检查结果与临床确诊结果对照．结果:经手术、病理、刮宫、CT等其他临床资料证实407例,诊断符合率92．1％．结论:超声检查急腹症迅速、可靠,有重要的临床价值,应该视为首选．
Objective：To discuss the value of ultrasonic inspection in emergency treatment. Methods：We contrasted the results of ultrasonic inspection in emergency treatment with those of clini- cal confirmed diagnosis. Results： The percentage of identical results gotten between with ultrasonic inspection and through operation, pathological examination, dilattion and curettage, CT and other clinical examination means was 92.1% . Conclusion： Ultrasonic inspection is rapid, and reli- able to check acute abdomen and has important clinical value.
